Each work has unique requirements (location, size, etc.) and can only be defined in a Contract for Services.
 
  • Research and first sketches submitted
  • Revision/acceptance of draft(s) and fee
  • half payment due
  • Construction of work
  • Photo review prior to delivery
  • Final payment
