Artist Statement
Bachelor of Fine Arts in the summer of 2001. My studies have taken me overseas on various occasions to Europe, particularly Rome to study the work of the masters and incorporate various techniques into my work. I hold a Masters degree in Education and seek to find a way to combine both interests in my paintings.
AArt can be both fun and educational in that it can express the deepest sentiment of emotion as well as inform its viewers about a particular moment in time. I have my work displayed in galleries, private collections and even in medical offices. One of my works was selected for publishing in The Journal of Creative Work, a division of Scientific Journals International.
If you ask me what I came to do in this world,
I, an artist,
I will answer you: "I am here to live out loud”
